This week MONCmondays is featuring The Ethical Butcher.

Well aware that the meat industry is in need of change, they have made it their mission to reconnect people with nature and to right the industry that has gone so far wrong.

Their mission is to create awareness and to provide quality, ethically and locally sourced meat. The farmers honour natural systems and farm in ways that increase biodiversity and regenerate the land, having a positive impact on the British countryside.

This month, The Ethical Butcher have been promoting ‘Regenuary’ - a month to source as much of your food as possible from regenerative agriculture.

While we fully support those going Vegan for January, ‘Veganuary’ and ‘Regenuary’ have a lot in common. They have a shared goal for ethical sourcing and consideration of our impact on the environment.

For those of you who want to find out more about how regenerative farming and agriculture can help combat climate change, we recommend watching the Netflix documentary Kiss The Ground.

We admire The Ethical Butcher's transparency and the values they uphold. While we know the meat industry is far from perfect, they encourage people to lower their impact and consider where and how their meat is produced.
