Marketing and Content Manager: Mid-Level

We are makers of the finest sunglasses and spectacles, which are handmade in Italy. In 2020, we have ambitious growth plans and are looking for someone to work full time alongside our founder Freddie to grow with our business. Our studio is on Kensal Road, just north of Notting Hill.




Managing marketing activities and sales content for MONC. Including:

  • Create a marketing strategy that delivers on our growth ambitions.

  • Create and manage a content and social media calendar and ensure its implementation across all channels. Including product launches, leadership pieces, blog posts, cases studies, videos.

  • Email marketing and management, including attracting potential leads, newsletter preparation, segmentation and analysis.

  • Social media channel management.

  • Digital marketing strategy, design, creation and management.  

  • Working alongside our PR to manage influencers and content.




  • Management of website, its content and ways to improve the customer experience.

  • Analyse web traffic and conversion performance.

  • Landing page optimisation.

  • Management and maintenance of e-commerce product databases.

  • Reporting on sales.

  • Opportunities and product performance.

  • Adapt and improve SEO.




  • Operations Assistance.

  • Order fulfilment.

  • Product Management.

  • Assistance with events.

  • Office Admin.

  • Magnificent all round Customer Service.




  • A passion for craftsmanship, sustainability and an exceptional eye for detail.

  • Expertise in digital marketing implementation - Facebook, Google and Pinterest.

  • Understanding of e-commerce and desire to grow this knowledge. Experience with Shopify is favourable but not essential.

  • Excellent written English a necessity.

  • Experience in eyewear, fashion and/or accessories is favourable but not essential.

  • Be prepared to sometimes interact directly with customers at fairs, events and in our pop-ups.

  • This is a start-up so you will sometimes have to help with customer service, packing orders and getting involved in making too!




  • West London location (Westbourne Park/Notting Hill).

We are looking for an intern to join our studio in West London for a three month duration.

If you would like to be part of an eyewear start up and get hands-on in a small studio gaining experience in design, marketing, planning events and experiencing how a brand functions, we would like to hear from you!

We are looking for someone with:


  • A graduate degree or sufficient experience in design or the creative fields.

  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and MS Office.

  • Have a Passion for sustainability and craftsmanship.

  • Exceptional organisation and structured thinking to apply to tasks.

  • Strong team player and communicator.

  • Understanding and knowledge of brands and trends.




  • You will assist the team in research for new designs and materials.

  • Assisting with technical drawings and details of new collections, creating mood boards, colour boards and being able to do research.

  • Ability to support in preparation for events around London.

  • Assist with ideas for social media and support the team in planning social media ideas.

  • Assisting in daily tasks around the studio such as DHL deliveries and packing orders.

  • Working closely with the Creative Director and freelancers together to create consistent content and strong brand image.

  • Update Pinterest pictures regularly to draw traffic to the website.

  • Keeping track of orders and refunds, clearing away returns and evaluating.
