Hi Everyone, we hope you, your families and communities are safe and well. We have created the following blog post to give updates on our business during the Coronavirus Pandemic. If you have any questions or comments please send us an email.
Can you still place orders?
We're aware that some of the products we offer, especially our prescription services, are essential for some people.
You are still able to shop for sunglasses and spectacles from our website, and to make the whole process easier, we’ve made the decision to get our Home Try-On service back up and running. This way, you are able to try on our frames in the comfort of your own home before you make a decision.
It’s crucial that we continue to look out for one another during this pandemic, and keeping our team and our customers safe is our main concern. We're following government guidelines in our studio, ready to safely pack and send out your orders to you.
Due to COVID-19 and Tier 4 restrictions in parts of the UK, there will be some delays to all orders, including prescription orders. We will be sure to get in touch once you've placed your order to inform you on the next steps and estimated delivery times.
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing situation, we are only able to issue one Home Try-On per person at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and we are here to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
For any questions or queries please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
We are carefully following all official guidelines on handwashing and cleanliness when fulfilling orders - ensuring that we use gloves masks and sanitizer at all times. All items that are despatched or returned are cleaned and disinfected before and after being handled by a single member of our team who is in handling picking and packing of orders.
We are in regular contact with all of our suppliers, manufacturers and partners. We are keeping a close eye on our workshop, our products, all our stakeholders and community, and doing everything we can by following all guidance from health officials and governments from around the world. Our biggest focus is ensuring the safest practice for all.
In The Coming Weeks…
If things should change we will of course let you know. Each Monday we will be sharing stories of inspiration and joy on our Instagram page, as well as ways to remain motivated and calm when at home or in isolated situations.
If you have any further questions please as always don’t hesitate to ask.
Sending our best, and wishing safety for all.
