We currently offer worldwide shipping for all our frames. All duties and charges are payable upfront at checkout. Tariffs are calculated individually for each country to avoid any delays or charges upon delivery. However, please note that MONC is not liable for any unforeseen - or excess - charges which may incur when delivering to any non-EU countries.

We aim to dispatch all non-prescription orders by the next working day at the latest.

If your order includes prescription lenses, it might take between 7 and 10 working days for your frames to be shipped depending on prescription. Please see below for more details:

  • EU orders require an additional 3-5 business days to arrive.
  • International orders require an additional 5-7 business days to arrive.

We use Royal Mail or DPD within the UK and DHL for the rest of the world.
Once we've despatched your order, we will send you a tracking number so
that you can follow your parcel on it's way to you

We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your order. In the
event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund in
full or exchange any item with the exception of monogrammed cases*.

Before sending your parcel, please make sure that the below terms are
respected:

  • The frames are unworn and in original, undamaged condition
  • All items are included in the parcel including the glasses, case,
    maintenance kit and cleaning cloth
  • Your return is accompanied by a valid invoice number
  • Keep hold of your proof of postage
  • This policy applies only to items purchased from MONC Ltd

Should you want to return your frames, please email us at info@monclondon.com.

 

Returning International orders:

Our return address can be found below, and on every delivery note. Please
send orders back to us, using a signed & tracked International service and
notify us with the tracking details.

Please note: All returned products remain the responsibility of the sender until
received by MONC Ltd. We recommend that you select a safe/traceable
delivery service, retaining proof of postage.

If you have order prescription lenses with your frames, we are able to refund you for the full cost of the frame, less the cost of the lenses. 

However, if you believe there is a fault with your prescription lenses and wish to have these refunded as well, we will require you to leave them with us for 48hrs to be checked by our team. If we discover that there has indeed been an issue, we will issue a refund on the lenses.

Provided that the frames are unworn, and you are within the 14-day return period - you can exchange your frames for another frame of your choice. If there is credit or extra cost required for the exchange we will deal the order accordingly.
