The team at MONC have been listening to one of our favourite podcast series How I Built This with Guy Raz. We were particularly grabbed by the episode featuring Jo Malone CBE, founder of the internationally renowned brand Jo Malone.

By the time she reached her 20’s, Jo was running her own skincare business which grew exponentially into the successful fragrance brand. Jo tells us how she sells the business to Estée Lauder in 1999, then leaves the business after a life-changing diagnosis. She now runs the innovative fragrance company Jo Loves.
