Founded in 2017 by aeronautical engineer Ryan Mario Yasin, Petit Pli is a wearable technology company that creates clothes that grow with children.

The negative effects of the fashion and textile industry are far reaching. Extending the use-life of clothing is one of fashion’s biggest challenges they face to achieve significantly reduced waste goals. Children grow 7 sizes by the time they reach the age of 2, so by extending a garment life by even nine months, carbon and water footprints can be reduced by 20–30% each.

The concept of Petit Pli is built upon using materials sustainably. Their ripstop suits are made from recycled fabrics & have a mono-fibre construction, which allows them to be easily recycled at the end of their use. They also use technical materials that are ultra-lightweight, reinforced, rainproof and breathable to suit the active and adventurous nature of children.
