To fit our lenses we work in partnership with a small optical glazing laboratory based in London. This can take up to 7 working days depending on your prescription.

If you wish to return your order, we offer 14-day returns on all sunglasses or spectacle frames.*
UK ORDERS:
Should you want to return your frames, you will receive a free Royal Mail returns label included with your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Our return address can be found on every delivery note. Please send orders back to us, using a signed & tracked International service and notify us with the tracking details.
*If your case is monogrammed, we are unable to accept returns for this item and you will be deducted £30 from the cost of your refund.
