Johan & Nyström Concept Store is the perfect destination for anyone looking to learn more about the art of coffee, or just simply looking to enjoy a good cup.
Founded by a group of friends back in 2004 with the goal to “convey our craft and to roast tastier, more fun and sustainable coffee”, this iconic roastery is the pinnacle of speciality coffee roasting in Sweden.
This impressive 2,500 square meters of Art Nouveau former industrial building, has been converted into an impressive exhibition space, showcasing world-renowned photographers. The building is also home to the worlds best museum restaurant: Paul Svensson's Conscious Cuisine.
One of the largest spaces for contemporary photography, Fotografiska features 4 major exhibitions per year - and around 15-20 smaller events - including concerts, talks and photography courses.
Second Sunrise focuses on denim and quality products which have been made to last. Douglas Luhanko and Kerstin Neumüller's new venture combines a retail space specialising in "American work wear filtered through Japan" with a denim repair workshop and creative meeting space.
The couple first opened Unionville to provide well crafted and considered outerwear. The philosophy still remains the same - taking influence from fine artisanal craft and the world’s best quality denim, as they desire to bring a more considered and down to earth shopping experience to the Södermalm community.
