How does the Home Try-On work?

The Home Try-On is a service that allows you to pick up to 4 frames and to try them on for 5 working days. The package includes your selected frames, a packing slip and a pre-printed return label.

Can I order a Home Try On from outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, MONC Home Try-On is currently available for our UK customers only.
What happens if I forget to return my Home Try On?

If you fail to return your Home Try On frames at the end of the agreed time window, charges will be made to your account. We'll charge the card you used to pay the deposit with. If you need some extra time to try your frames, please email to info@monclondon.com and we'll try to accommodate your request.

Can I order sunglasses for a Home Try On?

Yes, you can order both glasses and sunglasses to try at home.

How do I return my Home Try On?

To return your Home Try-On after 5 days, please replace the shipping label inside the yellow wallet with the returns label provided.

Make sure you include the used red security zip tag inside the trial box as we recycle these once they’ve been used. When you’re ready to send the frames back - zip up the yellow case and use the green security tag to re-seal it.
