This week we're pouring over 200 shortlisted and 100 winning images for this year's Portrait of Britain2020 marks the fifth anniversary of the national photography award, which celebrates the many faces of modern Britain. It’s compelling to see how photographers have interpreted this turbulent year - and we think that the photos speak for themselves.

The Portrait of Britain exhibition was launched on 1st September, and displays the 100 winning images throughout the whole of September in rail stations and shopping centres, on high streets and bus shelter screens across the UK.

If you want to have a look at all the shortlisted images, they will also be published in the Portrait of Britain book, Vol. 3, or you can check them out here
